THE HAND BAND is an easy to use finger, hand and forearm exerciser designed for daily computer users, sports people (particularly tennis players and golfers), musicians, climbers and exercise enthusiasts.
The repetitive movements inherent in these activities naturally cause certain muscles to get stronger even as others are neglected and weaken. THE HAND BAND seeks to rectify such muscular imbalances by targeting the regularly ignored extensor muscles (extensor digitorum) in the posterior forearm – the muscles principally responsible for opening the fingers and extending and stabilising the wrist.
